At the end of the lease, they gave me back most of security deposit. (Which was fair because I did all of the checklist except hire someone for the yard

Carl was awesome! Gave me great quality service on my issue and got it fixed within a matter of minutes! I’ve ran into a lot of maintenance guys and they were just trying to patch up and get out. Still having issues. Carl was the complete opposite. He made sure that everything was brand new and fixed properly, answering and questions I had. Highly recommended! Carl is the guy to get it done!
